Legacy Ridge and Heritage at Westmoor
Both courses are located in Westminster, Colorado.  Scenic and difficult, these are two courses run by the City of Westminster that will give a serious golfer all that he or she wants.  (The Inside Scoop: They play a local US Open qualifier at Heritage each spring.)

Heritage at Todd Creek
This course is located in Thornton, Colorado and is also a very good place for experienced golfers to test and improve their skills.


Hyland Hills
This course is also located in Westminster, Colorado.  If you want variety, this course has it.  Offering an 18 hole championship course that is fun, playable by many skill levels as well as scenic.  They also offer a shorter 9 hole course and a par three course that is wonderful for beginners.  In addition, the complex also has a great miniature golf course and a mini-race track, making this location fun for the entire family.

Indian Tree
Conveniently located in Arvada, Colorado just south of 80th Avenue on Wadsworth Blvd.  This facility offers a very nice 18 hole course, and a good par 3 course for beginners.  In addition, they also have a fun FREE deal for hitting short practice shots.

Fossil Trace
This course is located a few minutes south in Golden, Colorado.  Although a bit of a drive from Westminster, this course is still a treat to play and worth the drive.  Interestingly, the course is built through the middle of old mining claims, making it totally unique.  Offering one of a kind views, the course offers a fun day of golfing as well as a delicious restaurant to enjoy post game.  Great location for out of town visitors who enjoy the game of golf.


Stoney Creek
This Golf Course in located in West Arvada near the west side of Standley Lake and is one of the best kept secrets in the area.   Stoney Creek is an Executive Nine Course (three par 4’s, six par threes) and it is well maintained and very enjoyable to play.  The fee structure is very reasonable, and the course can be played very quickly when you don’t have a lot of time, but want to get a game in.  This is a great course to introduce the children in your life to golf.   Take them to Stoney Creek and let them drive the cart with your supervision and they will have a blast in this scenic and fun course.  There is no better place for kids to learn about the game of golf.
